Registration Guidelines

  • Accompanying persons and children and not allowed inside the scientific session.
  • Organising committee is not liable in any form in case of change in dates due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Registration cannot be transferred.
  • Cancellation policy: According to rules and regulations.
  • Please produce your registration no / confirmation letter / receipt at the registration counter.
  • Please ensure registration badge (bar-coded) throughout the conference.

Cancellation Policy

  • All requests for cancellation must be sent to the conference secretariat in writing by email only at E-mail: tosacon2024knr@gmail.com
  • REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received before 20th January 2024 after deducting the administrative charges and cost towards refund, if any.
  • No Refund will be given for cancellation requests received after 20th January 2024.
  • Refunds, if any will be processed post conference within 20 days.
  • A similar mode of transfer will be adopted for a refund as the fund has been received. NO CASH refund policy.
  • 25% of the registration would be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded one month after conference completion.

Payment Mode:

  • An online payment facility is available. The same can be accessed by online registration.
  • Offline Payment: Delegates who wish to pay by Cheque /DD may draw the same in favor of “Karimnagar Orthopedic Surgeons Association” payable at Karimnagar, send it along with duly filled registration form to the Conference Secretariat or mail it to the Conference Mail.
